Duration: 12–24 months (programme-led, extension likely)
Project OverviewYou will lead a large-scale AI and data transformation programme within a major financial services organisation in Germany, spanning risk, financial crime, credit, customer analytics, and enterprise decisioning.
The programme is focused on moving the organisation away from fragmented, rule-based and legacy analytics platforms toward enterprise-grade, ML-driven decision systems embedded directly into core banking and financial workflows.
Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years’ experience across data, AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation.
- Proven leadership experience delivering AI or data transformations within financial services.
- Strong domain knowledge across banking, insurance, payments, or capital markets.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML systems in regulated environments.
- Experience with financial crime, risk, credit, or enterprise decisioning use cases.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data/ML architectures.
- Experience establishing AI governance, MLOps, and model risk frameworks.
