• First-Level-Support for Information- and Communication technology
• Process IT-related User inquiries (User profile, Workstation-Profile, Printers...)
• Follow IT-Process and Workflows
• Incident management
• Support Disaster-Recovery-Processes
• Support Local Applications
• Managing and optimizing SharePoint Services including access management and user support
• Participation in IT related projects regarding:
  Infrastructure, Software, Processes, Workflows
• Participation in selected Pilot projects
• Maintenance of the local IT inventory
• Controlling of invoices of internal and external service providers
• Initiating and completing efficiency- and cost saving measures

• You successfully completed a secondary education or university degree in Information Technology
• You bring basic knowledge in IT-Security management
• You ideally have knowledge in IT-Service-Management-Processes (ITIL) and in programming languages such as SQL, Java or Pyton.
• As an engineer in Technology Foundations, you are a service oriented and analytical team player, and you like to work in an international environment
• You quickly adapt to new Software and IT-management tools
• Fluency in German and ideally English, French is an advantage
