AI ECD is seeking a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our innovative team. This role focuses on social media strategy and content creation to educate, foster community, drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and enhance our company and product s online presence.

• Develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy across platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, Red (Xiaohongshu), Tik Tok and Instagram, while also exploring new platforms for potential growth.
• Maintain a detailed content calendar to strategically plan and schedule all social media activities, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Cultivate meaningful interactions with our audience through proactive community management, including responding to comments and involving internal team members.
• Produce and edit high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s image, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Analyze social media trends and platform updates to provide strategic insights and recommendations that optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful cross-channel campaigns, increasing overall outreach and impact.
• Monitor competitor and industry leader activities to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports on key metrics and emerging trends for review by leadership.
• Support broader marketing and communication strategies as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, with proficiency in platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Red (Xiaohongshu), Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in photography, videography, and graphic editing.
• Strong creative and storytelling skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to use insights for strategy optimization.
• Keen awareness of emerging technologies and trends, with agility to integrate new strategies.
• Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in AI technologies and early childhood development.

• Master or PhD degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in social media management.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and excellent collaborative skills.
• Proven track record in content curation and storytelling that aligns with premium brand aesthetics.
