We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Project Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead and manage end-to-end ERP project implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing supply chain modules within Infor LN (formerly Baan) and the ability to deliver projects aligned with business objectives.

• Project Leadership:
  Oversee the entire lifecycle of Infor LN ERP projects, with a specific focus on supply chain modules, ensuring successful delivery.
• SCM Expertise:
  Implement and optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, order management, and logistics within Infor LN.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to align ERP solutions with supply chain business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Timeline & Budget Management:
  Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify risks related to supply chain operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement:
  Recommend and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency using Infor LN capabilities.
• Change Management:
  Support the organization in adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies introduced during the implementation.
• Testing & Validation:
  Oversee system testing, validation, and user acceptance for supply chain modules to ensure seamless functionality.

• Minimum of 8+ years in project management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Infor LN (or Baan), with a focus on supply chain modules.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.
• Familiarity with global supply chain operations and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Infor LN supply chain modules.
• Understanding of data migration and system integration within Infor LN.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
