We are DxP Services, a new business unit of ITC Infotech. We focus on the implementation and expansion of the industry-leading PLM software Windchill. DxP Services forms the largest concentration of expertise for Windchill PLM Services in the German industry and worldwide.

• Lead process consulting and software integration projects for our clients as a Master Solution Architect for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Create digital transformation roadmaps and customer-specific solution architectures for the implementation and expansion of PTC Windchill
• Manage and coordinate project teams
• Analyze customer requirements, design and specify the solutions and ensure their successful implementation
• Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
• Design standardized solution components as part of the portfolio of DxP Services
• Support the further development of DxP Services’ methods and strategies in the area of PLM
• Identify potential new projects with clients and support acquisition of this new business
• Support of sales and marketing activities of DxP Services for strategic customers in Europe

• Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science/Mathematics or Physics (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
• 8+ years of experience in business process or IT consulting e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer or in technical project management
• Specific PLM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
• Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing the enterprise PLM solution Windchill
• Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
• Experience in leading software integration projects
• Interest in defining and implementing AI tools within the PLM solutions of our customers
• Knowledge of IT architectures related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interfaces, and database systems
• Customer service-oriented
• Experience in conducting and managing workshops
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
