Guidewire Business Analyst Summary
Acts as the liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure Guidewire solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementation or enhancements.
- Conduct workshops with business users and SMEs.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects.
- Strong knowledge of at least one Guidewire module (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of insurance processes and terminology.
- Guidewire Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with Guidewire Digital and Data Hub.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
