Precise Resource, Inc. is a leading privately held Women’s Business Enterprise specializing in Executive Search and head‑hunting services for Fortune 500 clients across the United States. We have been asked to assist our client in locating an Application Architect.

Our client is North America’s largest organization of its kind — a network of privately owned and controlled cooperatives providing genetic solutions, technology, and services to agricultural producers, both domestically and world‑wide. The company is an industry leader known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.

With a focus on digital transformation and AI‑driven intelligence, the organization is modernizing core ERP systems and advancing its use of data analytics, automation, and predictive modeling to improve decision‑making across the business.

We are seeking an Application Architect with deep expertise in ERP systems, enterprise software development, and AI integration. This senior‑level role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can design and implement scalable systems that leverage machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics to support operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture experience with modern AI toolsets, data modeling skills, and a deep understanding of how to translate data insights into business outcomes. This position reports directly to the Director of Application Development and will help shape the company’s next generation of intelligent business systems.

• Architect, design, and implement ERP and AI‑enhanced applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adaptability.
• Drive the modernization of legacy systems through cloud, microservices, and AI‑enabled automation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, machine learning models, and process automation within ERP and operational workflows.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines to support AI model training, data governance, business process automation, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing ERP and CRM environments to improve forecasting, supply chain optimization, and customer insights.
• Oversee development of web, mobile, and API‑based applications using C#, .NET Core, and modern frameworks.
• Promote best practices in software craftsmanship, agile development, and continuous delivery.
• Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define functional use cases for AI and ERP deployment.
• Support advanced reporting and visualization initiatives through Data Bricks, Active Reports, Power BI, or equivalent tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core, MVC, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and T‑SQL.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI, ML, or automation tools into enterprise systems (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or custom‑built models preferred).
• Strong data architecture skills, including relational and distributed database design.
• Experience leading ERP modernization efforts (Acumatica ERP preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across business and technical audiences.

• Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Power Platform AI Builder, or AWS AI/ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of Data Bricks is a plus.
• Background in data engineering, ETL automation, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and intelligent document processing.
• Knowledge of MLOps pipelines, data governance, and model lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing AI‑assisted QA, test automation, or code optimization tools.
