Are you a visionary Product Design Lead (f/m/d) looking for your next big challenge? We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join a leading technology firm specializing in eCommerce solutions. As the Product Design Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the industry's top solutions for revenue growth, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge user experiences and interfaces that drive the growth engine for global businesses.

YOUR ROLE:
  • Elevate the product's user experience to be a top win reason for the company.
  • Raise the bar for design practices and contribute to fostering a design-driven culture.
  • Deeply understand user and client personas to build relevant and impactful experiences.
  • Define, develop, and deliver an industry-leading user interface and experience.
  • Quickly develop and test prototypes with users to validate ideas and design decisions.
  • Use evidence-based design and soft skills to generate stakeholder buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Co-lead teams responsible for enhancing the user and client experience.
  • Be ready to step in and get hands-on whenever necessary.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 10+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in designing software products.
  • Proven track record of delivering software with a superior user experience.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable owning the full spectrum of design outcomes.
  • Hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams from ideation to launch.
  • Skilled in user research, observing, and understanding user behavior.
  • Experience working in remote, global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
