Enterprise Account Executive – Tech SaaS (Germany | Remote)

Experience: 4–7 years

Role Snapshot

Own enterprise deals end-to-end—from hunting to closure. This is a high-ownership role for sellers who believe every dollar counts, thrive in outbound sales, and sell with strong customer empathy.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt, qualify, and close mid-market to enterprise tech deals
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure
• Build pipeline with a sharp outbound mindset
• Sell to CTOs, CIOs, Engineering, QA, Dev Ops & Product leaders

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of enterprise or mid-market B2B Tech/SaaS sales
• Fluent German speaker (mandatory)
• Proven enterprise deal ownership and closure experience
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and revenue discipline
• Customer-first mindset with high business empathy
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
