System Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for a System Solutions Specialist – someone who gets a buzz from configuring tools, building logical workflows, and solving messy business problems with clean, scalable systems.

If you’ve ever set up complex logic in tools like Anaplan, Salesforce, Asana, Hub Spot,  or Click Up, you’ll be right at home here.

• Configure workflow solutions on  that support real business processes
• Work directly with clients to understand their operations and identify bottlenecks
• Create dashboards, boards, automations, and logic flows that solve real problems
• Train customers on how to use what you've built so they get the full value from the system
• Test and iterate until the solution works like magic
• Quality check setups for logic, data integrity, and user-friendliness
• Document everything clearly for handover and future support

• Experience configuring tools like , Salesforce, Hub Spot, Anaplan, Click Up, Asana or similar platforms
• A structured thinker who enjoys solving puzzles and creating order
• Strong communication skills – you can explain technical systems in simple terms
• Comfort working independently and managing your own projects
• A bias for action and a desire to build things that actually help people
• A creative mindset with a curious approach to problem-solving
• A love of continuous learning and improving your craft

• Experience in a client-facing or consulting role
• Familiarity with  or other automation tools
• Understanding of CRM, project management, or operations workflows
