Product Trainer & Technical Support - Germany

About the Role

Our client is a technology‑driven company delivering innovative hardware and software solutions for professional training environments. They are looking for a Product Trainer & Technical Support professional to support customers across Germany through on‑site installations, hands‑on trainings, and first‑level technical support.

• Perform on‑site product installations and deliver in‑person product trainings at customer locations.
• Conduct hands‑on training sessions and workshops for groups of 5–10 participants.
• Provide 1st‑level customer support, including basic troubleshooting, licensing, and configuration.
• Deliver virtual trainings
  , webinars, and remote support when required.
• Act as a trusted technical contact, maintaining strong long‑term customer relationships
  .
• Travel extensively across Germany.
• Visit the office for repairs or technical interventions when needed.
• Support the company at trade fairs and industry events.
• Document installations, issues, and resolutions accurately.

• 2–5 years of experience in product training, technical support, or a similar client‑facing technical role
  .
• Comfortable leading on‑site trainings, workshops, and presentations
  .
• Strong communication skills – the ability to explain technical concepts clearly is more important than deep technical expertise.
• Affinity for technical problem‑solving and hands‑on work.

• Languages: Native German, very good English.

• Background in VR / AR technologies

• Linux experience

• Programming or general IT / tech background
