The Opportunity

At Grammarly, we’re not just another tech company. We help people communicate better with the world around them in their everyday lives. With Coda—now part of Superhuman—we’re reimagining the productivity suite for the AI era. To make this vision real and meet the needs of our largest customers, we’re looking for a talented and thoughtful Senior Product Designer to join our design team in Berlin.

In this role, you’ll work on the experiences that help top companies—like Apple, Electronic Arts, and Spotify—manage and scale Coda across their organizations. You’ll design intuitive, powerful tools that make complex workflows simple and elegant. A part of your work will focus on importers and migrations, helping customers move seamlessly from products like Quip, Notion, and Asana into Coda. These importer experiences play a vital role in how our largest accounts adopt Coda as their all-in-one platform.

You’ll be part of the broader Coda enterprise team, partnering closely with designers, engineers, and PMs who share a passion for solving complex problems and crafting thoughtful, high-quality experiences together.

In This Role, You Will
  • Lead enterprise admin and migration experiences:
Shape end-to-end designs for Coda’s admin tools, onboarding flows, and importers that help customers transition from other products into Coda.
  • Collaborate directly with customers:
Partner with some of our largest accounts to understand their needs and translate them into clear, usable designs.
  • Own your craft:
Execute at a high level of design quality—from flows to polished interfaces—balancing clarity, usability, and craft.
  • Experiment and iterate quickly:
Work closely with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving environment where we test, learn, and refine ideas together.
  • Contribute to our design system:
Help evolve our design patterns and components as we scale to support more teams and enterprise use cases.
  • Be part of a supportive team:
Work alongside a collaborative group of designers who give thoughtful feedback, share ideas openly, and help each other grow.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience turning ideas into shipped products that users love, ideally with experience in enterprise, admin, data integration systems, or simply a knack for solving difficult problems.
  • Proven ability to design clear, scalable, and delightful user experiences that simplify complex workflows.
  • Comfortable working end-to-end—from early discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys collaboration and iteration.
  • Embodies Grammarly’s EAGER values (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, remarkable) and is inspired by our MOVE principles (move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust).
  • Based in Berlin, with a willingness to travel occasionally to our hubs in New York and San Francisco for events and get-togethers.
Support for you, professionally and personally
  • Professional growth:
We believe that autonomy and trust are key to empowering our team members to do their best, most innovative work in a way that aligns with their interests,…
