Senior Retail Media Manager, Contract
Location: Remote, with DACH market focus
Start: January 2026
Introduction
We are partnering with a leading global digital agency to hire a senior level Retail Media specialist for a new contract brief. This is a day rate position at Senior Manager level, however more senior profiles are also welcomed.
The Role
You will lead Retail Media strategy and planning across key European markets, with a strong focus on Germany. This role blends strategic planning with hands on platform execution, owning end to end delivery across activation, reporting, and continuous innovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Own Retail Media strategy and planning across priority European markets, with Germany as the key focus.
- Deliver hands on activation and optimisation of Sponsored Ads via Criteo and Epsilon.
- Own reporting and performance measurement, ensuring clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Build and manage an innovation roadmap, driving test and learn activity and incremental performance gains.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align planning, activation, and measurement against wider objectives.
You,
Skills and Experience:
- Senior level Retail Media experience, ideally at Senior Manager level or above, within an agency or similarly fast paced environment.
- Strong Retail Media strategy and planning expertise across European markets, with deep knowledge of Germany.
- Hands on experience activating Sponsored Ads through Criteo and Epsilon.
- Strong performance and measurement capability, with confidence owning reporting and optimisation narratives.
- Proven test and learn experience, with the ability to translate experimentation into an actionable innovation roadmap.
