This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and customer service. As a Technical Support Agent, you will assist German‑speaking clients by providing exceptional technical support and solutions related to our products. Base pay range provided by Mercier Consultancy MD;

actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

• Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products efficiently
• Guide customers through solutions with clear, step-by-step instructions
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical problems when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and policies to provide the best support

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in a technical support role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with customers
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
