Background of the project / order:

• The RAITT project at Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG focuses on optimising the buy and leave route, which is central to customer acquisition and retention. The aim is to increase efficiency in the value chain, accelerate time-to-market and reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO).
• The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform plays a key role in the project. Due to the insufficiently developed CMS infrastructure, specialized knowledge is necessary to implement new features such as compositions, templates and micro frontends.

• Definition and conception of requirements in the area of CMS Adobe Experience Manager, including the determination of the development order of compositions, components, templates and micro frontends. Tools such as Jira and Confluence are used to support documentation and feedback loops.
• Project‑related technical advice to the development teams and the requirement owners during the development phase. Project‑related communication takes place via Microsoft Teams, supplemented by project‑related documentation in Confluence.
• Analysis of the existing CMS infrastructure of the Adobe Experience Manager, including the derivation of recommendations for action to optimise the content and site structure, the AEM interfaces and the performance. Empirical analysis methods as well as tools such as Power BI, Jira and Confluence are used.
• Develop documentation on the use of the provided Compositions & Components and make this information available to the internal teams. Knowledge is passed on through written documentation and selective consultations, e.g. in coordination meetings.
• Expert advice to specialist departments in the areas of business and technology, such as content management, online marketing, development, project management and UX/UI, as well as external partners within the framework of the TEF Change Program (RAITT). Project‑related communication is in German and English, supported by Microsoft Teams and Jira.
• Consulting on technical requirements, including Content Structure, Site Structure, Micro‑Frontends, Product Data Modelling, Compositions & Components, Templates, Headless CMS and AEM Interfaces, as well as on project‑related special topics such as accessibility, CIAM, multi-language, personalisation and campaigning.
