Senior Client Partner - Technology Vendors

SaaS / Digital Experience Platform

We’re partnering with a global, market-leading SaaS business in the digital experience space as they continue to scale their enterprise sales leadership team in Germany.

This is a senior leadership role focused on Financial Services (FSI), owning strategic enterprise accounts and leading a team of experienced Enterprise AEs within a highly matrixed, international organisation.

The role
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier FSI enterprise accounts
  • Drive new business, expansion and long-term account growth
  • Build strong, value-led relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CMO)
  • Partner closely with solution sales, marketing and wider GTM teams
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management and enterprise deal strategy
  • Drive customer adoption, QBRs and measurable value realisation
What they’re looking for
  • 5+ years leading quota‑carrying Enterprise AE teams (hands‑on sales leadership, not overlay)
  • 10+ years in direct SaaS enterprise sales (software‑led environments)
  • Strong experience selling into Financial Services organisations
  • A coach‑led leadership style with a track record of developing top performers
  • Fluent English and German communication skills
