** Who you are
*** Bachelor’s degree
* Experience in project management and/or Scrum
* Agile delivery knowledge
* Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazy

BI) experience preferred.
* Scrum certifications are a plus, eg Certified Scrum Master, Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I)
* Kanban and/or Scrum Ban experience is a plus.
* B2 Upper intermediate English skills
* Desire to engage in continuous learning.
* Passion for Digital and software development.
* Experience serving teams working remote; hands-on attitude regarding problem solving and impediments removal.
* Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
* Hybrid working regime
