We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to own and drive UX and UI across our core platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands‑on level—translating complex legal workflows into intuitive experiences, while raising the bar for design quality, consistency, and process across the organisation.

• Lead end‑to‑end product design across core product areas, from discovery and research through to high‑fidelity UI and delivery
• Own and evolve the overall UX vision
  , ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability across the platform
• Translate complex legal and operational workflows into simple, intuitive, and elegant user experiences
• Build, maintain, and scale a design system that supports product growth and engineering efficiency
• Define and uphold design principles, standards, and best practices across the product
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape solutions from early concept to release
• Act as a design leader—mentoring peers, providing feedback, and helping shape a strong design culture as the team grows

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
  , ideally within SaaS, B2B, or workflow‑heavy products
• Experience owning large product areas or acting as a design lead on complex initiatives
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, modern UI, and complex UX problem‑solving
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
• Experience improving design processes and contributing to scalable team practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English
• Based within CET ±2
