• As a co-designer of Digital Transformation, you will advise national and international clients, primarily in the CIO and CTO domains, together with experienced colleagues.
• You will analyze, assess, and define IT strategies, organizational structures, target operating models, and enterprise architectures, and support their implementation across various management levels.
• With strong commitment, high ambition, and innovative ideas, you will drive our teams and clients forward.
• As a management consultant, you will operate in complex business environments and impress with your sharp analytical skills, excellent strategic and economic expertise, and your open and communicative personality.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or another STEM field with a business-related focus.
• Practical experience in management and strategy consulting through demanding internships.
• Strong interest in IT and digitalization topics.
• Eagerness to learn continuously and the ambition to grow beyond your limits.
• Project-related willingness to travel (nationally or internationally).
