Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled PC Technician (Device Refresh Technician) to join our team. This role focuses on the hardware lifecycle refresh, ensuring that medical staff have the most up-to-date and reliable technology to provide exceptional patient care. As a traveling field technician, you will deploy hardware, troubleshoot issues, and provide top‑notch customer service across multiple locations. The role may also involve project work on initiatives such as Room of the Future, Corporate Office Decommissioning, Corporate Office Workstation Builds, Printer Refresh, and Laptop/Desktop Refresh.

Candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt to evolving business needs and workload fluctuations.

• Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network.
• Troubleshoot Level I issues in real time.
• Understand intake processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently.
• Interact with medical staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Experience with hardware deployment and network connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Level I issues.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Coachable, adaptable, and a self‑starter.
• Willingness to travel to various Ohio Health locations as needed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
