Location:

Walton Hills, Ohio. This contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic environment for you to utilize your expertise in Office 365 administration and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive.
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist in resolving Windows operating system errors and basic networking connectivity issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
  • Educate employees on effective use of Office 365 tools and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address complex technical challenges and ensure prompt solutions.
  • Perform desktop imaging and configuration to prepare workstations for deployment.
  • Support Active Directory operations, including user account management and directory updates.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and assist in implementing system improvements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help‑desk roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and administration.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system and Active Directory.
  • Solid understanding of desktop hardware and imaging processes.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality technical support and customer service.
