We are looking for an experienced Linked In Ads Manager to run and scale paid Linked In campaigns for B2B lead generation.
This role owns Linked In Ads end-to-end. You will be responsible for deciding what to test, what to scale, and what to kill based on performance. Your job is simple: generate qualified leads at the lowest possible cost.
This is not a junior role. We are looking for someone who already knows how Linked In Ads works and has managed real budgets.
Responsibilities- Build, launch, and manage Linked In ad campaigns
- Choose targeting, audiences, and campaign structure
- Decide what hooks, offers, and creatives to test
- Tell us what graphics and copy you need from us
- Optimize for cost per lead and lead quality
- Scale winning campaigns and pause what does not work
- Track performance and report results clearly
- Proven experience running Linked In Ads for B2B lead generation
- Strong understanding of Linked In targeting, lead gen forms, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze results and make data-driven decisions
- Comfortable owning performance, not just “running ads”
