As a Sr. Product Designer on the Goldcast team, you’ll blend design expertise, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration to shape the future of our products. You will create visually compelling, user‑centered experiences while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional product outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who thinks holistically about the platform and brings a “+1 Designer” mindset—excelling in core product design while leveraging a strong adjacent skill (for example, UX research, interaction design, prototyping, motion design, or accessibility).

In This Role, You Will
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into seamless product designs.
  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of the design process, from research and ideation through execution and delivery.
  • Raise the bar for design quality, ensuring all work is visually cohesive, innovative, and aligned with user and business needs.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems to drive consistency and efficiency across the platform.
  • Develop and execute a strategic design vision that aligns with company goals, delivering solutions that are both beautiful and highly functional.
  • Facilitate clear communication with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create unified workflows and cohesive product experiences.
  • Apply your “+1 skill” (e.g., deep user research, advanced prototyping, motion design, accessibility improvements) to increase the impact of your work.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process and elevate the user experience.
Here’s What You Need

Who you are:

  • Extensive experience in product design.
  • Strong ability to connect design decisions to broader product and business goals.
  • Proven track record of creating user‑centered designs that are scalable, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma…
