Your mission: generate qualified leads at scale by building and optimizing campaigns,channels, and automation flows that deliver measurable business impact. You’ll thrive at the intersection of creativity, data, and performance marketing - and you’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and scale what works.
Strategy & Execution :
Develop and execute Sunhat’s demand generation strategy todrive traffic, conversions, and pipeline growth.
Campaigns :
Launch and optimize integrated campaigns (email, social, content, paidads, webinars, events) in collaboration with Product, Content and Event Marketing.
Paid Media :
Plan, run, and scale paid & retargeting campaigns (Linked In Ads, Google Ads) with a sharp focus on ROI.
SEO & Growth:
Own SEO and GEO strategies to grow organic visibility and inbound demand.
Website Performance:
Track, analyze, and improve website conversion performance.
Automation :
Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows in Hub Spot (orsimilar tools) to nurture leads through the funnel.
Sales Alignment:
Partner with Sales to define what a “qualified lead” is and ensure marketing delivers measurable pipeline and revenue.
Analytics :
Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance — turning data into actionable insights.
Conversion Optimization:
Design and optimize landing pages and lead forms to maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration :
Work closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Content, and Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and handover processes.
Passionate about sustainability and tech-driven growth.
2+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Solid knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
Proficient with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
Growth mindset: you experiment, test, learn, and scale what works.
Fluent in English, with at least a basic working knowledge of German.
