Job Description

About the role

Are you ready to take ownership of high‑impact projects, drive innovation, and lead cross‑functional teams to success? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager based in Germany who will steer a wide range of strategic initiatives to completion.

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager Team Lead and act as the key liaison between our Consulting team and clients. You’ll manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including facilitation, documentation, budgeting, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment and transparency across all engagements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure successful and on‑time delivery of various projects across the portfolio
  • Act as the senior point of contact in all aspects of projects
  • Manage issues, risk, and project change requests
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams
  • Create and monitor programmes & projects, including Level 0‑Level 3 plans, earned value management, scope changes, executive risk/issue/opportunity management, and coaching of junior staff
  • Manage client project budget worksheets and project resourcing
  • Provide internal and client reporting; accountable for invoicing information
  • Translate Statement of Work requirements into Level 1 plans

Qualifications

  • Fluent German, written and spoken, is a must
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager
  • Scrum Master experience, facilitating Agile ceremonies
  • Advanced understanding of project management and software engineering methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.)
  • Ability to understand departmental financials and reconcile revenue/expenses
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft tools, Atlassian tools (Jira Roadmaps), and Open Air
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with other teams, critical thinker to understand the big picture and trade‑offs
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Personable, helpful, and professional attitude

A Few Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, AWS, Dev Ops, Atlassian toolset, Azure Dev Ops, Hybrid Cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and best practices, Managed Services (ITIL
    4)
  • Experience with Agile at Scale (SAFe, LeSS, DA)
