• Define and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA transformation programs.
• Oversee all testing phases:
  Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.
• Drive automation adoption (Shift Left approach) and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead global teams across multiple geographies and manage vendor coordination.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Solution Manager).

• 20+ years in SAP testing, with hands‑on experience in both ECC and S/4
  
  HANA transformation projects.
• Strong client‑facing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.) and related SaaS services.
• Proven experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira).
• Worked in setting up and leveraging TCoE services.
