Join our team at Kyiv Consulting as an IT Support Agent with knowledge of German language!

We are currently expanding our business travel support team and looking for a specialist with knowledge of German to support the new digital tool Amadeus Cytric.

• Support users from Germany in working with the Cytric platform — an innovative tool for booking business trips and managing expenses.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or the portal.
• Document cases in the Cherwell system according to ISMS policies and contribute to building the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external providers.

• Fluent German (C1 level) — both spoken and written.
• Basic technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with travel booking and expense management tools is a plus.
