Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Cyber Security expert. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our new Cyber Security practice and developing solutions to meet the challenges of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop our consulting offering and methods for the new Cyber Security practice.
- Strengthen the company's Cyber Security expertise to further develop our consulting approach.
- Support the expansion of existing customer relationships and customer acquisition in collaboration with sales.
- Contribute to the creation of project offers and presentations.
- Take on project responsibility according to your qualifications and experience.
- Conduct security analyses, risk assessments, and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
- Develop IT security concepts in line with company goals and regulatory requirements, and support their implementation at the customer's site.
- Support the implementation and adherence to security standards and industry-specific guidelines.
- Participate in security-related sourcing projects.
- Provide strategic consulting to management to raise awareness of security risks and measures.
- Recognize and communicate new consulting needs to our clients.
Requirements:
- A successfully completed master's degree in business informatics, economics, or a comparable course of study.
- 7+ years of professional experience in the strategic or operational implementation of Cyber Security measures, either as a consultant or in a comparable line function in an IT department.
- In-depth knowledge of information security, data protection, IT risk management, IT compliance, security architectures, and relevant standards.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements such as DSGVO, KRITIS.
- Experience in leading or conducting Cyber Security projects, ideally combined with certifications like PMI or PRINCE
2. - Experience in developing and operating information security management systems and Security Operation Centers is an advantage.
- Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM are desirable.
