• Take technical responsibility for container-as-a-service platforms and develop customized solutions.
• Work closely with clients to analyze existing systems and advise on containerization and application modernization.
• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters (Vanilla, Open Shift).
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Lab, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• Integrate monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana into platform architectures.
• Conduct workshops, communicate confidently with stakeholders, and ensure clear technical documentation.

• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker – ideally also with Open Shift.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
• Excellent understanding of Linux and system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and multi-cloud setups.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both German and English.
• Ideally, certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
