IT Business Analyst – Technical – Philo

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira project tracking
• Proven history of documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related technologies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
• Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to support end-to-end customer experiences
• Organized, proactive, and skilled at driving clarity across complex systems
• Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and tackle challenges that arise in relationships
• Capability to identify and address deviations from established processes
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Physical ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in‑person and via electronic means
• Close vision for tasks related to computer activities

• Support Rural Kings omni‑channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across digital, retail, and operational platforms
• Ensure smooth integration between systems that enhance Rural Kings unified customer experience, encompassing e‑commerce, in‑store operations, order management, and data platforms
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni‑channel projects
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications for systems across retail and digital channels
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
• Assist with QA and UAT by drafting test cases, validating system functionality, and orchestrating feedback cycles
• Analyze data from multiple systems to identify integration challenges and optimization opportunities
• Work alongside stakeholders to refine processes across online, in‑store, and fulfillment systems
• Collaborate with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
• Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge and refine skills
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to others, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
