Senior Kubernetes Consultant

You live and breathe Kubernetes and public cloud — and you want more than just “keeping clusters running.”

In this role, you design modern container platforms that matter: technically ambitious, business-critical, and built for real-world complexity.

• Take technical ownership of Container-as-a-Service and Kubernetes platforms
  , from architecture to operation.
• Advise customers on containerization, modernization, and cloud-native best practices
  , tailoring solutions to real business needs.
• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes clusters (Vanilla and Open Shift) in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid setups.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD and Git Ops workflows using tools such as Git Lab, Argo CD, or Jenkins.
• Design observability platforms with Prometheus, Grafana, and related tooling as a core part of the architecture.
• Lead technical workshops
  , communicate clearly with engineers and decision-makers, and produce high-quality documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical partner in complex consulting engagements, not just a delivery resource.

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  ;
  Open Shift experience is a plus.
• Infrastructure as Code is second nature to you —
  Terraform, Ansible, Helm are part of your daily toolkit.
• Deep Linux expertise and confidence working close to the system.
• Solid experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of multi-cloud architectures.
• You can clearly explain technical concepts — in German and English — to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consulting mindset: you enjoy customer interaction, structured problem solving, and taking responsibility.
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) are a plus.
• German C1/C2 - Verbal and Written
