: experience in defining and leading the execution of the growth strategy for generating a qualified pipeline of large strategic outsourcing deals for applications services - Experience in guiding customers through AI and application transformation journeys – hands-on experience helping clients adopt AI technologies and modernize their application landscapes
- Empathetic Communication
:
Outstanding communication skills, with a background for consulting and empathetic selling - C-Level Insight
:
Ability to navigate C-level dynamics, informed by extensive experience. - Language Proficiency
:
Native-level German and fluent English. Any other language skill is considered an asset. - Decisive Leadership
