Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional technical support to Dutch‑speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to products and services
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to guide them through technical processes
  • Accurately log and document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with other departments to escalated and resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, features, and industry developments to enhance support effectiveness
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is a must;
    English proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in simplifying technical jargon for customers
  • Experience with customer support software is beneficial
  • A team player with the ability to also work independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, to embrace a new professional journey
