As an Enterprise Solutions Architect
, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers and prospects. You’ll bridge the gap between product and customer outcomes – designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0’s technical capabilities in real‑world environments. Partner with sales and product teams to deliver high‑impact Proofs of Concept (POCs), guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value of Dash
0.

• Technical Leadership – Design and architect observability solutions leveraging Open Telemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies. Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations. Develop and execute POCs that highlight Dash0’s differentiated technical capabilities. Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences. Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights that influence roadmap and feature priorities.
• Customer and Field Engagement – Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice. Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Dash0 and showcase technical excellence. Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and Open Telemetry collector design.
• Internal Enablement and Thought Leadership – Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates. Mentor peers and internal teams on Dash0’s technical ecosystem and implementation patterns. Contribute to technical content, including blog posts, talks, and documentation that drive community engagement and thought leadership.

• Soft skills – Technical communication; problem solving; collaboration; adaptability.
• Hard skills – Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, Open Telemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing; instrumentation and telemetry ingestion; modern Dev Ops, SRE, and platform engineering practices; familiarity with CRM tools; data analysis and visualization; ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs;
  German speaker (C2).

DACH, UK, Benelux, Nordics preferred. Remote with business travel required.
