Ben Bau Group is an international construction company with Irish roots, operating across Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. As we continue to grow, we are exploring how Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions can support our teams across marketing, operations, and other business functions.

We are looking for a Junior AI Solutions Analyst to help us research, evaluate, and pilot AI platforms that can enhance efficiency, creativity, and decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone curious about AI, business innovation, and practical applications of emerging technologies in a real-world, cross-department environment.

• Research and evaluate existing and emerging AI platforms, tools, and solutions
• Analyze how AI can support marketing, operations, sales, and other departments
• Compare tools based on usability, cost, scalability, and business impact
• Run tests, pilots, and proof-of-concepts for selected AI solutions
• Collaborate with different teams to understand needs and identify AI use cases
• Prepare clear reports, summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate tools and solutions
• Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, data tools, etc.)
• Comfortable researching, testing, and learning new platforms independently
• Good communication skills—able to explain AI concepts to non-technical teams
• Organized, curious, and proactive

• Background or interest in marketing, business, operations, or analytics
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., chatbots, automation platforms, AI marketing tools)
• Basic knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms
• Internship, coursework, or personal projects related to AI or digital tools

• Hands-on exposure to real-world AI applications
