Job Summary

As a Regression Tester, you will focus on end-to-end validation of the platform to ensure that existing functionality continues to work after updates, bug fixes, or new feature releases. You will collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to maintain platform stability, reliability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute existing test cases across the platform (web and mobile) after new releases or bug fixes.
  • Perform functional, integration, and performance regression testing on workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  • Document defects, discrepancies, and provide actionable feedback in a structured bug tracking system (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure all resolved issues maintain platform stability.
  • Maintain and update regression test suites to reflect changes in workflows and new features.
  • Ensure testing aligns with compliance and security standards for client and candidate data.
    • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of software testing or QA experience, with a focus on regression testing.
  • Experience with manual and automated regression testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and data validation techniques.
  • Experience testing SaaS, recruitment, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
