- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of FDA projects under REI Systems’ contract.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary interface with FDA stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, federal guidelines, and REI Systems’ project management standards.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality status reports, briefings, and documentation.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional REI teams to deliver quality outcomes.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to program strategy.
- Extensive experience managing projects in regulated industries (FDA, healthcare, life sciences, or federal agencies).
- 7‑10 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience working with federal government contracts and programs.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential strongly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
