DEX Architect who can drive green‐field implementation programs for automotive customers.

• Build PLM roadmap along with business stakeholders.
• Lead business for requirement elicitation and map solutions in PLM platform.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Lead/direct Organization Change Management (OCM).
• Experience with end‑to‑end PLM processes (requirement to after‑sales, engineering—design, BOM, requirement management, variant management, project management, etc.—and manufacturing—MBOM) in the context of PLM solutioning.
• Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE tool functions.
• Hands‑on experience in 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE V62022x or later. Exposure to the latest version preferred.
• Exposure to cloud migration/adoption and SaaS; AWS platform preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE with 10+ years of relevant consulting experience.
