The Role:
As Senior Sales Manager - Government & Defence
, you’ll drive growth within the Bundeswehr and wider government sector
, leading complex sales across hardware, airtime, and managed services.
You will:
- Build and expand long-term relationships with defence and government stakeholders
- Lead complex sales and capture activity across NAVCOM, tactical comms, and secure networks
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to shape strategy and win major programmes
- Influence product direction through market insight and client feedback
What You’ll Bring:
- ✅ Proven success selling complex technology or systems to the German Armed Forces
- ✅ Deep understanding of German defence procurement and decision‑making channels
- ✅ Fluent in German and English
- ✅ Eligible for German Government security clearance
- ✅ Flexibility and willingness to travel - this is not a 9-5 role
