As a data center operator and web hosting provider, we don’t just live on the internet — we help shape it every single day. To strengthen our Storage team, we're looking for a reliable and skilled System Administrator (m/f/d) for our Storage Box and Storage Share products.

• Provision and further develop services for customers who use our storage products
• Maintain and do sysadmin for our storage infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and fix issues within our storage systems
• Assist in developing our storage software
• Plan and execute software updates
• Supporting second-level support with customer-related issues

• Good to excellent Linux skills
• Strong customer service skills
• A structured and goal-oriented work style
• Strong writing and speaking skills in both German and English
• Experience with Ceph, Kubernetes, and/or Puppet is a plus
• Successfully completed training in IT or equivalent hands-on experience; (we welcome people who are changing careers)
