About the roleWe are looking for a TA Project Manager to join the HR department tnering with the Global TA Lead, you’ll play a key role in building the foundations of a CoE, designing processes, developing dashboards, embedding data‑led decision making, and helping to shape how we deliver exceptional hiring experiences at scale.
What you’ll be doing- Work with the Global TA Lead to deliver key milestones in building a scalable, insight‑led Centre of Excellence
- Map, document, and help refine end‑to‑end recruitment workflows to drive consistency, efficiency and an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give visibility into hiring performance, funnel metrics and forecasting
- Establish ways to gather and share market insights, from talent mapping and benchmarking to competitor trends that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating on employer branding initiatives, helping to shape and scale our global talent brand as a key investment area
- Drive the adoption of AI‑driven tools and automation to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data accuracy
- Support the rollout of best practices, SLAs, and frameworks to ensure operations excellence across the TA team
- Helping to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and data‑led ways of working, supporting communication and engagement across teams
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Transformation or HR/TA Project Management within global, high‑growth organisations
- Confident analysing data and translating it into action
- Demonstrable track record of delivering change projects and clearly articulating their business impact. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems and metrics
- Experienced in leveraging technology and AI‑driven tools to improve efficiency, innovation, decision‑making, and candidate experience
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, scaling business
- Skilled at using Google Workspace, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, CRM tools and data visualisation tools such as Miro / Power BI / Tableau or similar
- Excited by the chance to help build something new and high impact
- Fluency in English is essential
