Join Cortex Reply DE as a Fin Ops Consultant (m/w/d). We’re looking for passionate Fin Ops Consultants who want to empower enterprise leaders to manage cloud spend effectively and leverage cloud resources to their fullest potential.

Fin Ops is the combination of Dev Ops and Finance
. Together with our clients, we implement the Fin Ops Framework
; starting with a central Fin Ops Team that drives the engagement within the client’s organization.
Your tasks will include:
- Actively supporting Fin Ops projects to make our customers' cloud usage more efficient and sustainable.
- Creating transparency through cloud-native or 3rd party tools for cost allocation or optimization potential.
- Analyzing the client’s cloud environments to highlight optimization potential for all involved cloud services.
- Developing Fin Ops blueprints and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
- Using your communication skills to interact with various stakeholders from the platform, product, and application teams.
- Preparing and executing Fin Ops trainings, conference talks, and creating blog posts.
- Pushing Fin Ops topic development within Reply and with the Fin Ops Foundation.
- Working on extending the offering with new opportunities, such as Fin Ops for sustainability or Technology Business Management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Successfully completed university studies in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, IT Management, or similar.
- First experience with data analysis and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on financial data interpretation and insight generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Fin Ops Practitioner desirable.
- Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and self-initiative.
- Proficiency (min. B2) in English and German with a willingness to travel occasionally.
