What you can expect from us- You are a leader and mentor for the team (m/f/d) responsible. Hereby give du regular feedback, conduct appraisal interviews and take care of qualifications and the further development of yours teams.
- With your team you support our support and managed service customers in the areas of network, data centre and enterprise security through qualified acceptance and processing of their enquiries on 2 nd
- You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration, IT system administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree.
- Ideally you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of infrastructure and / or security technical expertise at consultant level and preferably have a Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Datacenter and / or Security Certification. ITIL Foundation Know-How round da profile.
- Commitment and initiative are a matter of course for you.
- You have a structured, customer- and goal-orientated way of working.
- You are prepared to take responsibility for your team colleagues beyond your technical area. (m/f/d) to take over.

- You have a class B driving licence.
