* Supporting a defined area of
** personnel administration
** and
** payroll accounting**, including remuneration-related and, in some cases, time management issues
* Implementing
** personnel measures
** such as hirings, transfers, contract changes, and resignations
* Setting up and maintaining
** master data, time management data, and remuneration data**
* ** Creating documents
** within defined administrative processes, including structured filing
* Supporting
** payroll accounting,
** including special transactions, data verification, payroll control, error analysis, and correction
* Processing subject-specific issues, correspondence, and creating certificates
* ** Advising
* * employees, HR business partners, and managers on
** legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations** (payroll, administration, time management)
* Collaboration on projects, special topics, and general administrative support## Qualifications
* Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, or comparable
* Several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk and in human resources administration
* Experience in payroll accounting desirable
* Good knowledge of tax and social security law essential
* Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Experience with a payroll system desirable
* Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
