To further strengthen our HR function, we are looking for an experienced, strategically minded person to join us as a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with responsibility for the EMEA region
.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be a strategic sparring partner for management and executives in the EMEA region. You will combine in-depth HR expertise with business acumen and actively shape organizational, leadership, and talent issues in an international, dynamic environment.
- Strategic HR consulting for executives and senior management in the EMEA region
- Support and implementation of organizational development and change projects
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (performance management, development, retention, onboarding and offboarding)
- Consulting on labor law issues in an international context (in cooperation with Group Legal)
- Design and further development of leadership, talent, and succession concepts
- Management and implementation of group-wide HR initiatives and standards at the regional level
- Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of strategic measures
- Close cooperation with local HR teams, centers of excellence, and global HR stakeholders
- University degree with a focus on human resources, business psychology, business administration, or similar
- 5–8 years of professional experience as an HR business partner, ideally in an international, technology, or software-oriented environment
- Extensive experience in advising senior and executive-level managers
- Very good understanding of organizational development, change management, and modern HR work
- Experience in the EMEA context and in dealing with different labor law and cultural conditions
- High strategic competence, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Analytical mindset and solution- and results-oriented approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
