ZAPP Associates are currently searching for a SAP HCM Project Manager to support a leading SAP consultancy in Germany, working on SAP HCM transformation programmes. This role sits at the centre of HR digital transformation, partnering with clients to shape and deliver modern HR solutions from strategy through to implementation. The role is remote, with some client travel which would be within Germany.
We’re looking for the following experience:
- Strong functional background in SAP HCM
- Proven background leading SAP HR projects or work streams in a consulting environment
- Ability to translate HR business requirements into SAP solutions
- Good exposure to S/4
HANA HR transformation projects - Solid understanding of HR processes and stakeholder management within consulting environments
- Fluent in German and English, with existing RTW in Germany
