• Provide expert-level payroll support, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Resolve complex inquiries, edge cases, and escalations with clarity and empathy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Contribute to knowledge resources and help customers help themselves
• Identify gaps in workflows and propose solutions for continuous improvement

• Advanced knowledge of payroll processing, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to handle complex payroll inquiries and edge cases.
• Exceptional communication skills in German (C2/native) and English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments
