Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung unseres Teams bei der Umsetzung in aktuellen Projekten der Personalabteilung
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen und Statistiken
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner bei analytischen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung des Personalentwicklungsteams im Tagesgeschäft
- Eigenständige Recherche und Ausarbeitung von Themen im Personalumfeld
Ihr Profil:
- Studium der BWL, Human Resources Management, Personalentwicklung, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Wirtschaftspsychologieoder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) und Erfahrung im Erstellen vonPräsentationen
- Organisationstalent, pragmatische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude in der Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Offener und empathischer Umgang mit Menschen
- Leidenschaft für kreatives Arbeiten
