• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our clients' company cultures
• Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting compelling job postings to facilitating offer negotiations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions promptly
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance our strategies and outcomes
• Provide regular updates to the management team regarding recruitment activities, candidate feedback, and market insights

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record of sourcing and placing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and tools spanning various sectors
