Ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder verwandten Bereichen ist erforderlich. Sie sollten zudem sicher mit MSOffice umgehen können und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen haben. Erfahrung im HR-Bereich ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig.
